How ENTEM Courier works

  1. Step 1

    Book

    Tell us the pickup, the drop-off and what you are sending. It takes about two minutes.

  2. Step 2

    We confirm

    Dispatch confirms your price and pickup time by phone or WhatsApp before a rider is sent.

  3. Step 3

    Pickup

    A uniformed ENTEM rider collects the package and photographs it at the door.

  4. Step 4

    Delivered

    The recipient gives a four-digit PIN. You get a timestamp and a delivery photo.

What we carry

Anything one rider can carry safely in a closed delivery box, up to 20 kg.

  • Documents

    Contracts, passports for visa runs, school forms. Sealed and signed for.

  • Parcels

    Gifts, spare parts, clothing and everyday packages up to 20 kg.

  • Online orders

    For Instagram, WhatsApp and web sellers delivering to customers.

  • Office runs

    Between branches, banks, ministries and suppliers on a schedule.

What we cannot carry
  • Cash, gold or other valuables over GH₵ 5,000
  • Weapons, ammunition or fireworks
  • Gas cylinders, fuel or flammable liquids
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Live animals
  • Anything over 20 kg or larger than a delivery box (50 × 40 × 40 cm)

How much does a delivery cost?

Price depends on the distance between the two areas and the size of the package. During the pilot, our dispatch team confirms the price with you before a rider is sent, so you never pay a surprise amount.

Which areas do you cover?

We currently deliver within Accra and Tema only, in the areas listed on this page. We add new areas as riders are trained for them.

How do I pay?

Payment options are confirmed when dispatch calls to confirm your booking. Mobile Money and card payments online are coming later.

What is the delivery PIN?

Every booking has a four-digit PIN. Share it with the recipient. The rider can only mark the package delivered when the recipient gives the correct PIN.

Can ENTEM Courier deliver my shipment from the US?

International shipments are delivered door to door as part of your freight booking. Final-mile delivery through ENTEM Courier will be offered as an option later.
